Brent crude oil fell below $58 a barrel on Tuesday on signs of growing oversupply as Iranian officials visited Beijing to seek more oil sales after a framework nuclear deal that could lead to the lifting of sanctions. China is Iran's largest trade partner and has bought roughly half of its crude exports since 2012, when sanctions against the Islamic Republic were tightened. Oil markets were also pressured by a Goldman Sachs report saying prices needed to remain low for months to slow U.S. oil output growth.
FedEx Corporation and TNT Express N.V. today announced that they have reached a conditional agreement on a recommended all-cash offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares, including shares represented by American Depositary Receipts (the Shares) of TNT Express (the Offer) for a cash offer price of €8.00 per share cum dividend except for the TNT Express final 2014 dividend of €0.08 (the Offer Price) in a transaction valuing TNT Express at an implied equity value of approximately €4.4 billion ($4.8 billion).
Patagonia is putting a mobile twist on its famous “buy less of our stuff” messaging this spring, starting its Worn Wear Spring Tour: The outdoor clothing manufacturer is sending its biodiesel repair wagon on a cross-country tour. Besides collecting torn jackets and frayed hiking pants along the way, it hopes to raise awareness of its 40-year-old Reno Repair department, which it claims is the largest garment repair business in the country, mending some 30,000 garments per year. Stopping at stores from Oregon to Boston, Patagonia specialists are also giving lessons in gear repair — even providing customers with someone else’s worn-out duds if they haven’t brought their own to fix up.

Laser Print Plus, which specializes in providing high quality printing and mailing services, announced its decision to deploy the Super Web Digital WEBJet 200D inkjet press. The decision came after lengthy deliberation, with the company evaluating five major vendors and 18 different print engines. When speaking of his decision, Tim Delaney said, “This was a very difficult decision for Laser Print Plus, as we had been a loyal customer of another vendors for over 20 years. Making a change is hard and it’s particularly difficult to unseat an incumbent. But when we put all our thoughts and calculation out on the table, Super Web Digital rose to the top.”
The new magazine launches with a rate base of 700,000 and incorporates content from two Meredith titles, Parents and Ser Padres, covering topics such as children's health and nutrition, beauty, and lifestyle. Meredith announced plans for the launch of Parents Latina last year after significant market research revealed a gap in the market. Though Meredith serves Spanish-language readers through such titles as Siempre Mujer and Ser Padres, they found that predominantly English-speaking Hispanic women were being overlooked.

Kohl’s Department Stores (NYSE: KSS) announced today that the company has been recognized with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) 2015 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award for the company’s continued leadership in protecting the environment through superior energy efficiency initiatives. An EPA ENERGY STAR member since 1998, Kohl’s currently has more than 950 ENERGY STAR-certified locations totaling more than 80 percent of Kohl’s stores nationwide, the highest percentage of ENERGY STAR certified stores among U.S. retailers. In 2014 alone, 122 Kohl’s stores received ENERGY STAR certification, marking the largest number of stores the company has certified in one year since 2010.
