Coronavirus (COVID-19): An Update from Arandell

At Arandell, we are committed to providing the safest environment possible for our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease and are taking necessary actions in line with the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

During this time, we recognize that organizations are limiting travel for employees to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We understand that press okays play a critical role in the printing process, however we are confident in our Quality Control Team’s ability to meet quality expectations. With that being said, we are encouraging our customers to stay home at this time and to reach out to their respective sales executives for additional details.

Along those lines, we have instructed our team members to limit their travel and the number of in-person meetings to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We are also taking steps forward in optimizing internal systems for team members so that they are more easily able to work remotely. While we love to spend time with our customers and other team members, we feel that utilizing virtual conference technology at this time is in our collective best interests.

Lastly, with our two plant locations we have synergies across our printing platform and are creating contingency plans should work need to be moved from one facility to the other. Should this be the case, we will do our best to minimize disruption as much as possible.

We understand that the situation is dynamic and fluid, so we are putting plans in place to address it as best as we can. Thank you for your patience and trust while we work through these challenges together. Should you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to your sales executive.
