Total European shipments of graphic papers in October 2017 were UP 0.2% vs. 2016 and were down 0.8% year-to-date.
Total European shipments of newsprint in October 2017 were down 1.5% vs. 2016 and were down 3.3% year-to-date.
Total European shipments of sc-magazine in October 2017 were down 6.8% vs. 2016 and were down 0.8% year-to-date.
Total European shipments of coated mechanical reels in October 2017 were UP 6.1% vs. 2016 and were down 0.7% year-to-date.
Total European shipments of uncoated mechanical in October 2017 were UP 3.1% vs. 2016 and were UP 2.3% year-to-date.
Total European shipments of coated woodfree in October 2017 were down 0.9% vs. 2016 and were UP 1.1% year-to-date.
Total European shipments of uncoated woodfree in October 2017 were UP 1.1% vs. 2016 and were down 0.7% year-to-date.

The Board of Holmen has resolved to buy back shares

The Board of Directors of Holmen has decided to exercise its authorisation from the Annual General Meeting held on 28 March 2023 to buy back own shares. Repurchases may amount to a maximum of 3 million shares of series B during the period from and including 3 May 2023 until the next annual general meeting, on one or several occasions. The shares will be bought on Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with its Issuer Rules, at a price per share within the price range on Stockholm Nasdaq at any given time, by which is meant the range between the highest buying price and the lowest selling price published continuously by Nasdaq Stockholm.

Neenah Completes Successful Debt Refinancing

Neenah, Inc. announced that the Company has entered into a Term Loan Credit Agreement, providing a Term Loan B Facility of seven years in the amount of $200 million. The Facility is rated BBB-by S&P Global Ratings and Ba3 by Moody's Investors Service. Neenah also announced today that it is calling its outstanding 2021 notes for redemption in full on July 16, 2020. Proceeds under the new Facility will be used to redeem the $175 million of outstanding 5.25% 2021 notes, repay borrowings under the Company’s senior secured revolving credit facility, and for general corporate purposes. The Company also has amended its Global Asset Based Lending Agreement to reduce the revolving credit facility from $225 million to $175 million and make certain other changes related to the refinancing and resizing. The interest rate under the new Facility will be determined based on LIBOR or other published rates, with an expected initial rate of approximately 5.00%. The Term Loan Credit Agreement contains no financial maintenance covenants and includes other customary covenants for agreements of this nature. The Facility may be prepaid with a one percent call premium for the first 12 months, after which it may be prepaid, in whole or in part, without premium or penalty.
