HH Global is delighted to announce our listing at number 30 in Sunday Times PwC Top Track 250.

The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales. The listing sees HH Global move up 14 places. This year’s special Covid-19 edition highlights the important contribution that mid-market companies have made to the UK during the pandemic, from supporting the NHS to enabling remote working.

In a result no one in publishing would have predicted last spring when Covid-19 first hit the U.S., book publishing sales finished 2020 flat with 2019 based on year-end figures supplied by 1,354 publishers to AAP’s StatShot program. Walmart Announces up to $250,000 Commitment to California Wildfire Relief Efforts

Walmart and the Walmart Foundation have committed up to $250,000 in support of ongoing relief efforts surrounding wildfires in California. This includes funding for nonprofit grants supporting the America Red Cross and Salvation Army for shelter and feeding efforts, as well as in-kind product donations to support first responders. “As with the devastating fires in Clearlake last year, Walmart is committed to supporting communities in California in times of need,” said Angela Wilson, Walmart regional general manager. “By providing product, support and donations to both first-responders and local nonprofits, we will be able to provide help in the short term and the recovery period after the fires, and we’re proud of our associates who are volunteering their time to help our community get back on its feet.” Click Read More below for additional information.

Barnes & Noble Announces Most Anticipated Books of September

Barnes & Noble, Inc. released its Most Anticipated Books for September to launch a stacked fall publishing season after delays due to COVID-19. “A lot more reading has been done this year, one of the very few silver linings to COVID-19. Even so, new publishing has been peddling very gently since late March, absent the support of bookstores.
