Orora Limited announced that it has acquired Pollock Packaging (Pollock) for US$80.5 million. The acquisition represents a multiple of 8.7 times trailing earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). Pollock is a market leading provider of packaging and facility supplies, headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas. In addition to six distribution centers located throughout Texas, Pollock has distribution centers in Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey and California. The company has been in operation for 100 years and predominantly serves the industrial, retail and facility supplies market segments, employing more than 440 people and generating revenues in excess of US$260 million.
