With an estimated 10,000 baby boomers retiring each day and nearly 4 million people leaving the workforce each year, companies in a range of industries are facing employment gaps. Domtar is no exception. Of our nearly 10,000 employees, almost 47 percent are at or near retirement age, as noted in our 2017 Sustainability Report.

According to a study by Cone Communications, 87 percent of millennials and 94 percent of Gen Zs believe companies should help address social and environmental issues.
