Second Quarter 2016 Highlights: • Net Sales for the three months ended June 30, 2016 were $392 million, an increase of $12 million compared with $380 million in the same period in 2015. • Billings were $413 million, a decrease of $23 million compared with $436 million in the second quarter of 2015. • Net loss increased to $28 million, an unfavorable change of $20 million compared with $8 million in the second quarter of 2015. • Adjusted EBITDA was $75 million, a decrease of $5 million compared with $80 million for the second quarter of 2015.
Effective December 26, 2018, the rates for UPS® Ground, UPS Air and International services, as well as UPS Air Freight rates within and between the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, will increase an average net 4.9%.
