NEENAH Wide Format is a comprehensive portfolio consisting of 16 paper-based flexible and rigid board products, engineered for high-performance for almost every large format application, from window signs and banners, to wall murals and POP displays.
“Wide format printing is a medium that continues to grow, and retailers and brand managers are looking to source viable alternatives to synthetics. During Global Shop we have the opportunity to present the world’s largest portfolio of sustainable, paper-based solutions to the retail world’s top influencers,” said Greg Maze, Sales & Marketing Manager – Digital & Wide Format, Neenah.
Paper-based wide format products offer several advantages over synthetics.
The first benefit is brand consistency. “The consistent reproduction of the brand can have a significant impact on brand recognition over time. Paper provides better print reproduction overall, and more accurate color matching than is achievable on synthetics,” said Maze. “Neenah can provide precision, custom color matching solutions that ensure brand consistency whether the work is printed locally or globally.”
Second, the curl issues that frequently occur with synthetics can be eliminated. “Paper doesn’t expand and contract, allowing it to lay flat much quicker in installation scenarios,” said Maze.
Finally, paper is more sustainable. “Paper-based materials can provide advantages in the retailer’s recycling stream. Paper is generally disposable, and more widely recycled. When a paper sign is no longer needed it can go right into the “blue box” without any special sorting needed,” said Maze.
In addition to its Wide Format products, Neenah will present its significantly expanded Neenah Digital Fine Papers portfolio at Global Shop. The expansion includes the addition of 70 new items; new colors, new textures, added sheet sizes and basis weights. The Neenah Digital Fine Papers portfolio now includes 22 brands, 19 unique textures, 60+ colors, and countless custom options.
The Neenah Digital Fine Papers portfolio offers a variety of choices for today’s changing digital world. With premium digital writing, text and cover papers, a selection of digital NEENAH® Folding Board, pressure sensitive digital ESTATE LABEL®, and the true cross platform Digital Color Copy Papers, you can expect exceptional performance on a wide variety of equipment such as office and desktop printers, copiers, and commercial digital printing presses.
“The Neenah Digital Fine Papers portfolio is a fully rounded line of digital solutions that perform beautifully across all digital platforms including HP Indigo. These papers are designed to make it easier for brand managers to effectively manage small run projects from packaging and hang tags, to brochures and labels,” said Maze.
