CJK GROW: CJK Group’s Online Supervisor Training Program

CJK Group, is pleased to announce the adoption of its GROW Learning Management System (LMS). The GROW LMS standardizes training across the entirety of the global company. For our customers, this set of online best practices will ensure a higher level of consistency and customer satisfaction.

WHAT IS CJK GROW LMS?
When you’re a global company with dispersed teams and diverse holdings, standardizing corporate best practices is incredibly difficult. CJK Group sought to update and reimagine its corporate learning environment, starting with a comprehensive leadership training program on skills development, company policies, and employment regulations. KnowledgeWorks Global Learning (KGL) was appointed to develop the LMS and design an engaging, six-module digital course for upskilling the company’s supervisors. In late 2021, CJK Group launched its secure, customized learning management platform to bring the whole company together with an organized, replicable training process called GROW. GROW offers a blended program featuring six mandatory online modules in a self-service format accessible to everyone in the business.

Each module uses reading, videos, knowledge checks, activities, scenario-based roleplay, classroom instruction, and testing. The six modules include:

*Leadership skills for supervisors, managers, and the C-suite.
*Preventing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
*Coaching to improve employee performance with SMART goals.
*Communication skills, both interpersonal and in group or presentation settings.
*Conflict resolution, crisis communications, and crucial conversations to resolve workplace issues.
*Interviewing skills (i.e., how to conduct a great interview).

The GROW LMS rolled out with much fanfare and was widely recognized as the glue binding CJK Group’s corporate holdings together under one aligned workforce standard.

In the wake of its successful launch in Montréal this spring, TC Transcontinental (TSX: TCL.A TCL.B) announces the expansion of raddar, the reinvented flyer, across Québec as well as in areas of Ontario and British Columbia. raddar™ is a thin leaflet folded in four that combines flyers from various retailers into a single printed product. Distributed via Canada Post, raddar™ greatly reduces the volume of paper used. With raddar™ and its digital platform raddar.ca, consumers can benefit from the best of both worlds. Between February and May 2024, raddar™ will be rolled out gradually across the province of Québec, replacing Publisac. Quad to Promote Dave Honan to Chief Operating Officer and Tony Staniak to Chief Financial Officer

Quad/Graphics, Inc. announced it will promote Dave Honan to Chief Operating Officer from Chief Financial Officer, and Tony Staniak to Chief Financial Officer from Vice President of Finance.
