Landa Hosts Open House at Quantum Group to Showcase New S10P Nanographic Press (piworld.com)

Cheryl Kahanec has keenly watched the development and maturation of Benny Landa’s Nanographic printing technology since 2011 — dating back to her digital printing executive leadership roles at Sandy Alexander, followed by EarthColor. Now, as CEO of the Quantum Group, Kahanec was convinced the availability of the seven-color, 41″ Landa S10P digital perfecting press could be a “game-changer” for the 30-year-old commercial and direct mail printing operation that she’s led the past five years.

As such, in November 2022 Morton Grove, Illinois-based Quantum Group became the first printer in the Chicago area to install a Landa S10P digital offset press. It was demonstrated running four different live jobs during an open house event held March 14 that was hosted by Landa Digital Printing at Quantum for prospective Landa printer customers, both locally and from across the country.

LSC Communications Reports Second Quarter 2020 Results

Financial Highlights: *Net sales of $532 million compared to $869 million in the second quarter of 2019 *Organic net sales decrease of 29.1% from the second quarter of 2019 *GAAP net loss of $63 million, or $1.86 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $25 million, or $0.72 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2019 *Cash balance of $97 million as of June 30, 2020, providing sufficient liquidity to continue to fund ongoing operations *No drawings under our debtor-in-possession ("DIP") credit facility

Deluxe Reports First Quarter 2022 Results

*Revenue for the first quarter was $114.7 million higher than the previous year. Excluding the First American acquisition, which closed on June 1, 2021, revenue increased $31.4 million, or 7.1% year-over-year. *The Payments segment delivered revenue growth of 109.1% over the previous year to $166.2 million. Excluding First American, Payments grew 4.3%. *Net income of $9.7 million included $12.7 million of acquisition amortization from the First American acquisition, as well as an increase in interest expense of $15.8 million driven by the transaction. *Cash flow from operations for the first quarter was $34.3 million and capital expenditures were $20.8 million. Free cash flow was $13.5 million, a decrease of $4.4 million compared to the first quarter of 2021, partially driven by increased cash interest payments.
