Third Quarter 2022 Financial Highlights: *Produced revenue of $895 million, an increase of 3% compared to the prior year, driven by higher TiO2, zircon and pig iron prices and higher pig iron volumes *Generated income from operations of $163 million and net income of $123 million *Delivered Adjusted EBITDA of $247 million and an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 27.6% *Invested $112 million in capital expenditures, primarily in our vertical integration and newTRON initiatives *Generated free cash flow of $25 million in the quarter *Returned $110 million to shareholders in the nine months ending September 30, 2022 in the form of share repurchases and dividends

This letter is to notify you that NORPAC will raise the price of our Norbrite grades effective with shipments/invoices on or after May 1, 2018. Specific grades affected by this change in pricing include: Norbrite 65; Norbrite 70; Norbrite 75; Norbrite Plus; Norbrite Offset; Norbrite Hybrid; Norbrite 92 Max; Norbrite Book Cream; Norbrite Book Blue White. Additionally, be advised we plan to increase the price of our 27.7# (45.0 gsm.) standard newsprint. The increase will be phased in over two months as follows. $22.00 per metric ton on April 1, 2018 and $22.00 per metric ton on May 1, 2018. Prices for all other newsprint basis weights will be adjusted proportionally as per past practices.

Effective with shipments on or after October 11, 2017, pricing will increase approximately 6% on the following grades: Finch Commercial Printing Papers: Finch 94 Rolls; Finch Offset Rolls & Finch Converting Papers: Finch Reply Postcard, 7 pt. and 9 pt. Rolls; Finch ThruPut Wove Rolls; Finch Forms Bond; Finch MOCR Laser; Finch Engineering Bond; Finch CAD Inkjet Bond & Finch Office Papers: Finch Premium Multipurpose; Finch Multipurpose; Finch Copy; All private-label brands; General White Box. All standard upcharges apply and all customer-specific inventory programs will increase with shipments on or after October 11, 2017.
