SG360° Acquires Data Service Solutions (DSS), A Leading Integrated Finishing and Fulfillment Provider

SG360°, an industry-leading print and direct marketing solutions provider, today announced the acquisition of Data Service Solutions (DSS), a leading integrated print finishing company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The combination will create greater scale and a more diversified, robust offering that serves the complex needs of SG360° customers. The deal will enhance and support the growth of SG360°’s fulfillment business, and its location in the Bolingbrook corridor supports the firm’s distribution strategy.
