In the Packaging sector, which represents about half of our revenues, the vast majority of our operations supports the vital food industry, a sector considered critical by governments. While some of our other verticals are experiencing a decrease in volumes due to government restrictions or the economic slowdown, our verticals related to food are running at high capacity. In the Print sector, the measures announced by the Governments of Ontario and Québec to close all non-essential businesses and services as of midnight on March 24, for two weeks in Ontario and three weeks in Québec, are resulting in a significant temporary reduction in printing activities, and approximately 1,600 temporary layoffs. TC Transcontinental otherwise continues, as requested by governments, to serve its clients in businesses and services identified as essential.
Arandell Corp., the trusted leader in premier catalog printing and omni-channel solutions, announced today that V. Clark Vialle has joined the New Business Development Sales Team to enhance the Northeastern/Greater Boston market.
Vialle is Arandell’s newest sales executive to join this month, strengthening its sales force to meet the needs of the company’s continued growth plan. In this position, Vialle will be responsible for new client acquisition and client consultation in areas of marketing strategy, quality and color improvements, paper, print production and postal optimization. Vialle will report to Stephen Sanfelippo, Arandell’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
“Clark has already proven himself in the industry with excellence in client engagement, by putting the client first and making sure the client’s needs are met, from the initial sales call to catalog completion,” stated Sanfelippo. “He is a great representation of Arandell and we’re thrilled to have him on board.”
The opportunity to be a part of the team that expands the iconic Arandell quality and service experience across an additional location is very exciting,” said Vialle. “The fact that Arandell is investing and growing is a testament to their success in the marketplace.”
Vialle has a strong history of success in the print industry with over 25 years of sales experience. He joins Arandell after eight years of sales at Quad Graphics, where he helped the company grow across multiple platforms and geographical regions, including the United Kingdom. Other prior industry experiences include sales positions at World Color (formerly Quebecor) and Brown Printing.
Vialle brings multi-plant experience to Arandell, which will be instrumental in its new business development effort, helping to introduce accounts to the expanded capabilities enabled by the company’s second facility in Kentucky.
Clark currently resides in Massachusetts and is a graduate from Bates College.
