Deluxe Announces Integration with Q2 Holdings’ Digital Banking Platform

Deluxe (NYSE:DLX), a Trusted Payments and Business Technology™ company, today announced its integration with Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for banking and lending. Through this integration, Deluxe will offer HR & Payroll Solutions within Q2’s Partner Marketplace Program, enabling financial institutions to seamlessly provide these solutions to their clients, while generating recurring revenue and increasing customer retention.

The Q2 Partner Marketplace allows financial service companies to provide applications to their consumer and small business clients. The Deluxe HR & Payroll application offered through the Q2 Marketplace, empowers small businesses to automate payroll, tax payments, hiring and onboarding, time management, benefits administration, and additional HR tools within a single platform for ease of use.

Consumers Trust and Prefer Print on Paper

This was the clear conclusion of the multi-country survey recently undertaken by Two Sides. At the annual meeting of Two Sides Country Managers in London on October 23, 2017, representatives from Europe, North America, South America, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand discussed the results of the survey and will build upon the findings to ensure that print on paper remains the preferred and sustainable way to communicate. Two Sides also plans to strengthen its global Anti-Greenwash campaign which is targeted at major banks, utilities, telecoms and others. Over 600 organizations have been researched. Macy’s, Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2020 Results

Fourth Quarter Highlights *Comparable sales down 17.0% on an owned basis and down 17.1% on an owned plus licensed basis, a reflection of the continued challenges posed by the COVID pandemic. *Digital remained a growing and increasingly profitable platform. Sales grew 21% over fourth quarter 2019, with digital penetration at 44% of net sales. *Approximately 25% of Macy’s digital sales were fulfilled from stores, including curbside pickup and same-day delivery. *The company’s Star Rewards Loyalty program saw a 45% increase of its Bronze tier members in 2020, an essential part of its under-40 strategy. *Gross margin for the quarter was 33.7%, down 310 basis points from fourth quarter 2019. *Inventory down 27% from fourth quarter 2019. *Aggressively addressed slow-selling merchandise, reduced excess inventory levels and improved visual presentation in stores. *Exited the year in a healthy inventory position.
