The Company generated net sales of $479.0 million for the three months ended January 2, 2016, compared with $453.5 million for the same period last year, an increase of 5.6%. The fourth quarter of 2015 included an extra week versus the fourth quarter of 2014. We estimate the impact of this week was approximately $20 million to our consolidated net sales. Operating income was $24.8 million for the three months ended January 2, 2016, compared to operating income of $11.2 million for the same period last year, an improvement of 121.0%. Operating income was $83.8 million for the year ended January 2, 2016, compared to operating income of $42.8 million for the prior year, an improvement of 95.9%.

Independent Printing is a print solutions expert specializing in the highest quality presentation folders, commercial printing, and check products for print distributors for almost 30 years.
Jim has been with Independent Printing for 10 years, holding the position of Business Development Manager in both the national and regional divisions. In addition, he has over 28 years of experience in the business forms/printing industry in sales and marketing roles.
