Supremex Inc. announced, that it received its second industry leading British Retail Consortium (BRC) Certification after a rigorous audit, in recognition of the compliance of its corrugate box manufacturing facility, in Lachine, Quebec, accomplishing the highest AA grade status. “Implemented around the world by major food retailers, manufacturers and packaging businesses, the prestigious certification is a symbol for best practices in the retail supply chain and demonstrates that: Durabox, a Division of Supremex, is highly proficient in upholding product safety and reliability,” said Stewart Emerson, president and CEO of Supremex Inc. ‘’This new certification should position us well in the premium segment of the food and beverage industry,” added Mr. Emerson.
After first “paper on reel” on March 31st, LEIPA will soon complete the startup period of its PM 5 and begin supplying customers with uncoated White Top Testliner from PM 5.

As an international market leader LEIPA will have developed a one-stop shop for their customers with the PM 3 and PM 5, offering an annual total capacity of 700,000 tons of coated and uncoated White Top Testliner.
Christian Schürmann, COO of LEIPA Georg Leinfelder GmbH said: “The entire project team has done a great job rebuilding the PM 5. We will produce a state-of-the-art testliner on this machine – the world’s most powerful of its kind – and start with our first deliveries in April.”
In addition, LEIPA strengthened its global sales network with a stake in Gratenau & Hesselbacher in 2016 and its cooperation with Jacob Jürgensen in 2018, aiming to provide new customers in selected non-European markets with professional and tailored services.
